Nathalie Scholl is a post-doctoral research fellow and has joined the CED in 2017. She is currently working within the ERC funded project ´EQUALIZE´ led by Iñaki Permanyer Ugartemendia. Before coming to the CED, she was a research associate with the Development Economics working group at the University of Goettingen, where she also completed her Ph.D. in 2016. Her research focus is on socioeconomic inequality, where she works on questions of measurement as well as macro-level empirical analyses on both the determinants and consequences of inequality in income and mortality.
