The protection of data of the CED is governed by the Protocol of Privacy and Security Measures which has been made for the CONSORTIUM CENTER OF DEMOGRAPHIC STUDIES, PUBLIC ENTITY OF PRIVATE LAW (hereinafter the Responsible or the CED) in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing and free movement of personal data (RGPD) and the LOPD 3 / 2018 of December 5, protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD).
The new European legislation guarantees greater protection of personal data registered by the Center for Demographic Studies linked to the CED administration itself, to the research and training activities carried out here and also to the corresponding dissemination elements.
Basic information on data protection
- Responsible for the treatment.
The person responsible is the Center for Demographic Studies, which will process the data provided and / or generated during the relationship with the CED.
- Purpose of data processing.
Personal data are processed for: administrative and operational management of the CED; efforts related to research and training developed at the CED; and negotiations regarding the dissemination elements of the CED.
- Receivers of personal data and international data transfers.
The main receiver include various entities related to the activity and management of the CED, and include some international transfers, for which adequate guarantees will be adopted.
Rights
You can exercise the right of access, rectification, deletion and portability, limitation and / or opposition to treatment.
