Federica Becca obtained a BA in International Development and Cooperation from the University of Bologna (UNIBO), an MSc in Urban Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), and a Research Master in Sociology and Demography at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Demography at Centre d'Estudis Demográfics (CED), within the ERC project "Intergenerational Coresidence in Global Perspective: Dimensions of Change (CORESIDENCE)". Her research interests regard social and gender inequalities, family formation, household structure, and life-course trajectories, with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. She is a FI fellow for the period 2023-2026.
