In compliance with Regulation (EU) 241\/2021 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021, the Centre for Demographic Studies (CED) has drawn up a Plan of Anti-Fraud Measures, with the aim of protecting the financial interests of the EU.<\/p>\n

All the CED employees share this commitment, assuming as their duties: to act in the general interest, subject to and in compliance with the Constitution, the Statute of Autonomy and the rest of the legal system, and to act in accordance with the principles of objectivity, integrity, neutrality, responsibility, impartiality, confidentiality, dedication to public service, transparency, exemplarity, austerity, accessibility, efficiency, honesty, promotion of the cultural and environmental environment, and respect for equality between men and women.<\/p>\n

Whistleblowing box<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n
Law 2\/2023 regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption provides instructions to facilitate the reporting of any infringement or offence under European Union law. In accordance with this mandate, the CED provides a public channel for reporting offences or infringements.<\/div>\n
